Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Tee Labs LLC, operating as Future Country Club and Failed Golfer Experiments (FGX) ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Membership Terms

Membership Agreement

Membership at Future Country Club is subject to approval and requires completion of our membership application. Membership dues are billed according to the plan selected and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Member Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

• Treat all staff, other members, and guests with respect
• Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines
• Use equipment properly and report any damage or malfunction
• Keep access codes and member credentials confidential
• Not share or transfer your membership to others
• Maintain the cleanliness of bays and common areas during your visit

Guest Policy

Members may bring guests to reserved bay sessions. Members are responsible for their guests' behavior and ensuring guests comply with all facility rules. Guest policies may vary by membership tier.

Cancellation

Membership cancellation terms are outlined in your membership agreement. Please contact us for specific details about our cancellation policy for your membership type.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Acknowledgment of Risk

Participating in golf-related activities involves inherent risks. By using our facilities and services, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with golf simulator use and related activities, including but not limited to:

• Risk of injury from golf swings, equipment, or simulator components
• Risk of muscle strains, sprains, or other physical injuries
• Risk of equipment malfunction
• Risk of injury from falls or collisions

Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Tee Labs LLC, Future Country Club, their officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while using our facilities or participating in our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tee Labs LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website and at our facilities, including but not limited to the "Future Country Club" name, "FGX" (Failed Golfer Experiments) brand, and associated logos, are the property of Tee Labs LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Bay Reservations

Bay reservations are made through our CourtReserve system. By booking a bay, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for your reservation
• Cancel reservations with appropriate notice as defined in our booking policy
• Vacate the bay promptly at the end of your reserved time
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy for the bay

Alcohol Policy

Beer and wine are available at our Flagship location for members of legal drinking age. You must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately.

Facility Access

Members have 24/7 access to both locations via our secure entry system. Access codes and credentials are for your personal use only and should not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms or facility rules.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tee Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Alachua County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
